Food group Danone confident after strong 2024 sales and cash performance

Danone has successfully delivered 2024 sales and cash above analysts' expectations, with a like-for-like rise of 4.3 per cent in sales to 27.376 billion euros. The improvement in profit margin to 13 per cent from higher volumes and sustained demand in China and North America reinforces their optimistic forecast for 2025, focusing on continued sales growth in health and medical nutrition.
