Delhi HC stays Rs 340 crore damages order against Amazon in trademark case

The Delhi High Court has put a hold on its previous order that directed Amazon to pay approximately Rs 340 crore in damages to Lifestyle Equities for infringing on the 'Beverly Hills Polo Club' trademark. This stay is contingent upon Amazon's compliance with the remaining directives issued by the single judge bench.
