Vanguard Group acquired a 1.1 per cent stake in Vishal Mega Mart for Rs 655 crore. Vishal Mega Mart shares then experienced a rise. Samayat Services LLP divested a significant stake in the company earlier. Hill Fort Capital sold shares in Westlife Foodworld. HDFC Mutual Fund purchased shares in Westlife Foodworld.
