Court orders FIR against complainant in Samir Modi case, flags extortion angle

A Delhi court has ordered the police to register an FIR against a woman who accused businessman Samir Modi of rape. This comes after Modi alleged the woman attempted to extort money from him prior to filing the rape complaint. The court noted that the extortion allegations were overlooked by the police.
